- From Windows 10 Start Menu, look for "Settings" with the gear icon
- Left clicking "Settings" will take you to the main Windows Settings and then you want to look for "Apps"
- After left clicking "Apps," scroll down the page and you will see all of your programs which used to be called "Programs" under the Windows 7 and earlier Program Manager. Hit "Modify" if possible to have the program reinstall to the default settings to reset your printer drivers. If not, uninstall and then reinstall the printer.
- If you want to "cheat" like I did to get Windows 10 looking like Windows 7, look for and download Classic Shell 4.3.1. It's a small file but well worth it to get you computer back to a familiar appearance.
