I am very pleased that there is now a fix for the access to printers being able to print. However on two PCs with O/S version 1909, I had upgraded to version 2004 and the print failure occurred. After many attempts to correct the problem I was given the information that I would have to revert to v.1909 and on one PC I was able delete KB4560960 and then my Brother printer worked. BUT on the second PC no such luck, the KB4560960 remains on the PC and in the web page Progams & Features the KB4560960 remain as if it is frozen and the radio button to uninstall it is missing for that item. So is there a fix for that? Or do I have to revert to version 1903 without losing any personal files and emails? Appreciate any assist in how this can be resolved
and being able to resume printing on my shared printer (through a simple switch product). thanks for the opportunity to bring this up.
