For awareness, the inclusion of the desktop shortcut creation and automatic update of the manifest, the dependency of Microsoft.Windows.AppRuntime.1.4 will be indicated in the package manifest as well in order to cater for this configuration.
If your packaging processes normally exclude desktop shortcuts created by installers, then these additional manifest entries can be omitted if the shortcuts are removed during the package editor rather than before the capture is complete.
