What’s new for IT pros in Windows 11, version 23H2

I've just done attempted the hybrid environment. BYOD - Or start-ups or DevOps type users or wizards may struggle here ( I did).

No hardware damage done, just a few clear inconsistencies that I didn't forsee.

1. If using an Enterprise or Businesses license - Policy (Baselines) and or what's compliantly published on-line contains your device - MAJOR cost and SYNC issues on the physical resource. 

2. The Local (Laps) - Hello/TPM2.0 system is much better and enables bring your own device (or two) given MFA. However, NO COST DDIFFERENCE however the local account isn't or is very difficult to connect/interchange with the Admin account. 

**Take note I had planned to retire this account after successful hybridisation as my "Glass Breaker" account. 

Harjit_Dhaliwal is there a solution for Aspiring Students / Microsoft partners that's reasonable in cost? 

• Windows 11 Pro - Canary Insider 
• Windows 11 Business Premium- Canary Insider (No cloud PC) 
• Both had P2 - Entra V2 (local account is now misbehaving as an administrator) 
• Defender subscription was purchased to ensure safety in transit. 
• 365 E3 - Office 

The obvious, transient (or one time exchange) connectors, SQLs, Key Vaults tenants and combination of accounts is a long list. 

Still however, I don't have a local, administrative. Operational OS/365 collection up and running. 

Copilot has been missing for a week - but I found the combination of all the GPTs very annoying to constantly re train.
