Effectively, you need to ensure the devices are configured to share at minimum required (basic) data but there are a few other reasons the devices may not be sending telemetry back to our service. These include, device has been inactive/hasn't restarted for >28 days, the secure boot scheduled task is missing, etc.
Take a look and let me know if you are configured as expected but still seeing issues.
