MicrosoftI do use the Microsoft Store to publish for personal accounts.
I do not see any way for an ISV to publish to a business/enterprise via Intune. The only thing I've found is "Use App Center," but it's being shut down in March 2025. I'm not keen on using something with such a limited half-life.

Also, I could be wrong, but it seems that method is only for companies to publish internal tools, not for an ISV to publish an application for other businesses/enterprises to purchase and use.
Plus, the link in my previous message (copied here for convenience) says that UWP is not supported.
