We are tracking support cases closely and have fixed 9 bug fixes over the last 2 months that we know resulted in state not persisting under specific circumstances. We will continue to work hard to ensure as smooth a possible experience while remaining compliant with these regulations. Unfortunately, we are a small team and are doing our best to respond to your questions. We ask that you please continue to file support tickets for these issues, as it is the best way for us to track and address problems you may be having here. We have several more quality fixes coming in the next couple of months that we hope will continue to reduce the frequency of this prompt.
We hear you loud and clear on the the non persistent VDI issue. Beyond continuing to fix any bugs, this is one of our top priorities that we are actively investigating. While we cannot commit to a timeline, I can share that this is a somewhat complex feature to develop, so we do not expect to have anything ready before the end of the calendar year.
