Understanding the new Windows update history experience

Here's a bookmarklet for those who want to create a simple url

https://support.microsoft.com/kb/<kbid>

from an ugly url like

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/-computer-name-cannot-contain-only-numbers-error-message-when-you-install-windows-7-by-using-windows-7-sp1-integrated-installation-media-f2b52086-9522-d7e8-a741-54edba3ab374

1. Bookmark any page to your favorites bar

2. Edit the bookmark and replace the url with the code

3. Visit the page with the ugly url and click the bookmarklet, then press Ctrl+C

4. PROFIT!

This will work as long as they don't change or remove the meta name for the KBID in the page source. 

As a side note, this team won't communicate with the community - they never respond. I wonder why they keep the comments open. They already disabled editing comments, so the next logical step is to disable commenting.
