How about the following customer scenarios:
- those that cannot use intune or MECM (configmgr) for financial or privacy issues, licensing
- there is few support to keep anything for companies that have obligations to on-prem only strategies - examples: checking security baselines, checking GPOs and ADMX. Seeing new potentials of new ADMX. The Excel document is often not pretty comprehensive.
The filtering options for ADMX are too generic, some apply to specific versions / releases but metadata says Server 2016, but does not apply for this but only 1709 or later etc. Same in the Excel.
It is quite hard to find a perfect subset for ADMX for specific versions of Windows 10 in use.
- using all the helpful Dashboards / Insights, there is few on premises that could compete, again companies and governments have limits to go cloud or even hybrid. But they still need to manage Windows 10 and Servers and could need something of these tools.
