With Universal Print's easy-to-read graphical data, you can quickly learn what you need to know about print activity in your tenant.

Organizations need immediate reporting that keeps usage, cost, and infrastructure health front and center when managing print deployments as Universal Print deployments grow. Fortunately, the Usage and Reports dashboard now has five new data points, graphs, and charts with the option to view data from the previous day, week, or month.

Your organization's print consumption is tracked over time using resource and activity counts. Here's what's new:

  • Totals: The total number of active printers, printer shares, and connectors that have been registered.
  • Jobs Printed: A line chart that shows how many jobs were printed each day during the selected period.
  • Pages Printed: A line chart that shows the number of daily impressions (document pages) and sheets (actual pieces of paper) during the selected period.
  • Color vs. Black and White Impressions: Color vs. Black and White Impressions: A donut chart showing the portion of pages that were printed in color vs. black and white during the selected period.
  • Single vs. double-sided Sheets: A donut chart showing the portion of sheets that were printed single-sided vs. double-sided during the selected time period.
