MicrosoftGot to say I find it interesting that, at least to my knowledge, Microsoft still haven't given any sort of statement or comment regarding the inevitably large amount of ewaste that this endeavour is going to generate, as lots of people will have to bin their perfectly functional devices due to arbitrary requirements in the name of "security". My Ryzen 1700X PC isn't even compatible which frustrates me to no end!
Why is it not possible to simply allow these devices to officially install Windows 11, but require users to agree to a waiver that their device may not be "secure" or may be ever-so-slightly more susceptible to crashes? Or is Microsoft never going to back down from letting millions of working devices head straight for landfill once Windows 10 goes end of life?
