I would like to help you nevertheless.
When activating for business use you require a Windows Server with KMS Server.
Also when activating the unsupported Office 2010 on a modern supported Server OS you need to download, extract and edit the vbs script so the Office Activation package will recognize any OS later than Windows 2012 R2.
