Mabel_Gomes Why is it that no matter what question I post I'm always given an answer that has absolutely nothing to do with my question? Not just here but in all of Microsoft's forums. What bothers me most is how I waste hours of valuable time trying to find a solution for problems caused by Microsoft "non-quality updates and fixes". Every update causes new problems and I spend countless wasted hours trying Microsoft remedies that will not fix what their update broke? My computes are brand new and nothing has been changed except what the updates change then instantly new problems. The question that lead me here was "how to do a clean install of Windows 10 home version 21H2" and all I see is info. about 2004 and Windows 11? I cannot see upgrading to 11 for fear it will be worse than 10. I came to the tech forum praying someone can actually offer real fixes and not dodging them problems. What happened to Microsoft? They used to be the best bar none and now have more flaws causing countless wasted hours and computer failures to include I'm sure countless people being terminated for not meeting production quotas. I've been on Microsoft website over 4 hours now and haven't gained any useful knowledge whatso ever. I'm now going to try to get what little work done that I can under the extremely slow conditions the update caused. It's not my internet nor anything other than flawed updates and it bothers me when people suggest that Microsoft couldn't possibly be the cause. It started the moment the update finished and successfully instantly rebooted and from what I'm reading I'm not the only one with theses issues. If there is a competent Tech out there I would appreciate some straight answers and repair fixes that actually work. Also If I have to do a clean install Microsoft should provide "secure" data storage as well as costs to replace any lost paid for digital apps and etc... that I have paid for and possibly loose because of a Microsoft flaw, Microsoft is worth billions of dollars they can afford to man up just like we do when we make a mistake. Thanks and have a wonderful Thanksgiving
