New feature: Sign up for Windows known issue email alerts

Hi brandiwoodson, thanks for the feedback. Most roles with the word “admin” will have access to Windows release health and the email alert, including the roles Global admin, Service admin, and Helpdesk admin. We just edited the post above to be clear. There is also the option to subscribe the email of individuals without access to the admin center by adding their email addresses or distribution lists to Preferences. We are investigating the options to create a specific Windows release health role and expand access.

Note that the email alert for Windows release health content is a new feature in the admin center, and it is available starting May 3rd, 2023. Previously, email alerts were available in the admi center only via Message center and Service Health. More information on these other email alerts:
