As regards the points made about local accounts at setup - you can do this without command-ine fiddling provided it's the Pro version. The option to do this is not obvious, but it is there in the setup process. I've done some this way where the machines specifically need to be standalone.
But generally, I think Micrsosoft is being rather patronising here in assuming that the main reason people aren't moving is 'misconceptions'. Many do have legitimate reasons why it's difficult, especially around the hardware requirements, and the reason they haven't moved is because they have identified these difficulties - not because they have any major 'misconceptions'.
I'm not particularly against W11 - we have rolled it out as it fitted with the replacement cycle and the move to mostly laptops, but equally there are no compelling advantages over W10 and if we had encountered the obstacles which many others have, particularly around hardware requirements, then we probably wouldn't have moved off W10 yet either.
