Is it possible to configure MCC only for Intune managed devices without any involvement of Microsoft SCCM.

We have a scenario where we are facing network bandwidth issue when we deploy windows quality or feature updates from Intune.


Though we are using Delivery Optimisation but still issue if there. I tried to find the answer to configure the MCC only for Intune but did not get much clarity.
