Hi MGNurse25 - yeah, the feedback page being discussed in this article is focused for new feature ideas.  For general technical support you would normally reach out to Microsoft Support via normal channels. That said, it's not my main day-job but I do try to provide direct customer support where I can.  Did you check the Windows LAPS event log for any error messages that might say what is causing the problem?  This article has some information on the event log specifics:
