You should correct the ARM64 information. Even though the documentation indicates that with CHPE enabled, the devices only receive standard patches, this is not true at the moment.
Last month, a hotpatch literally broke almost all the ARM devices in our company. We opened a case with Microsoft, and they indicated that we must configure the registry key to reject the hotpatch on every single ARM64 computer. Until we did this, the hotpatch tried to install on the computers with CHPE enabled, causing any apps that use CHPE to stop working (and there were many).
Similar problems can be found in other companys if you search Google for "hotpatch" and "ARM64."
Tech support told us that they would contact internally to change the documentation, but it still shows the wrong information. Additionally, this FAQ is also incorrect, misleading IT teams to think that the hotpatch will not apply to them if they just have CHPE enable but this is not correct.
Also, hotpatch is in preview for ARM computers, so my advice is to completely disable hotpatch if you have ARM devices until Microsoft resolves these bugs.
