Can anyone explain to me why when we have identical machines (same hardware, same Windows 11 version, same Intune policies) that when the device is located within our corporate network we do not get Search Highlights Corporate logo and doesn't show, People, Org structure and documents etc when you click search. Yet when the devices is outside our corporate network, all these display and work correctly.
We build our devices via Intune Autopilot, they have identical policies and configuration, Search Highlights is enabled, Cloud Content search for Work/School account is enabled and we've built and rebuilt devices multiple times with exact same outcome. I just don't understand why it performs differently based on location.
I can only assume there is something blocking whatever the system needs to query to make this work, but we are not applying any web restrictions that we are aware of.
Does anybody know specifically what this feature dependencies are or any diagnostic logs that will help determine the cause?
