that makes no sence,, the 25h2 iso is on microsfot site,, installed it myself on 3 computers,, 1 clean install with the iso, and 2 upgrades by running setup from the desktop on the usb created with rufus  and itupdated to 26200, then updates put it to latest 26200.6713

ISO is usually available earlier than GA date. But it will not appear in Windows Update, WSUS, Intune until MS makes it official. Regular users and enterprises usually don't use ISO to update.
