VictoriaWang, Just mentioning that Managed devices are those that you manage via....... is NOT sufficient information for IT Blog.
All 3rd party tool has their own mechanisms. The clients are Domain and Non-Domain joined and patched their systems (Desktop/Servers) with a 3rd party tool. Not used any policy via GPO, WSUS, CSP, all others.
Hence, can you please get all details from the Microsoft and update this blog with details on how Microsoft is detecting systems whether they are Managed or not?
What specific Registry key, File, or any other things that Microsoft check to detect if a system is managed or not?
