My goodness. Going to businessstore.microsoft.com addresses the primary concern of the initial install of the LOB apps on Windows 11. How about app updates after the initial install, though? Our LOB apps have not been updating on our test Windows 11 machine because we couldn't get the Business tab in the Store app. Now that I've signed in with my work/school account, will the Store app now remember that and will our LOB apps now automatically update or will users have to click on "Install" button on the website again to get the updates?
For those initially confused by this, clicking on the "Install" button on the businessstore.microsoft.com app listing opens up the Windows 11 Store App and asks you to sign in with the work/school account that we expected built into the Store app (as it is in Windows 10). This will display the particular app listing within the Store app to install (as we are able to in the Windows 10).
