I received a final response from Microsoft on the reported issue, and they are closing the case. They are saying that only machines provisioned after June 2025 should have the issue, but I responded back saying that Cloud PCs provisioned before June 2025 had the issue as well.
I do have a ticket open with Microsoft support on this but was surprised that I cannot find any other mention of this from other customers. Microsoft support was able to duplicate this in their environment, so nothing specific to our tenant. We have Windows 365 Cloud PC's running Windows 11 24H2 Enterprise. Since this new security was enabled, around the middle of August, cut and paste do not work. The paste feature is greyed out sporadically. We have added the following settings using Intune configuration policy, as per the recommended "fix" to over-ride. as per the article:

I received an update from Microsoft, and this was what I was told. All users of Cloud PCs are having the issue. The clipboard redirection Intune policies mentioned as "the workaround" are of type Administrative Template. However, Administrative Templates have been retired. Therefore, the settings are not available to use. They are now considering whether or they are able or willing to resolve the issue or not.
We have the same problem (and an open ticket on it) but it currently "just" affect the reprovisioned machines since we have a small rollout of Windows 365 - the machines that was created before they implemented this works ok which might be why there are so little complaints about it.
I received a response from Microsoft. They basically say they don't consider this an issue because it was implemented as part of a security fix. I don't agree with it, because they published a workaround does not work for Cloud PCs. They mentioned that only Cloud PCs provisioned before June 2025 had would have the issue, but my Win 11 Cloud PC was provisioned back in March 2025.
They have closed the ticket.
