I received a final response from Microsoft on the reported issue, and they are closing the case. They are saying that only machines provisioned after June 2025 should have the issue, but I responded back saying that Cloud PCs provisioned before June 2025 had the issue as well.
I do have a ticket open with Microsoft support on this but was surprised that I cannot find any other mention of this from other customers. Microsoft support was able to duplicate this in their environment, so nothing specific to our tenant. We have Windows 365 Cloud PC's running Windows 11 24H2 Enterprise. Since this new security was enabled, around the middle of August, cut and paste do not work. The paste feature is greyed out sporadically. We have added the following settings using Intune configuration policy, as per the recommended "fix" to over-ride. as per the article:
Unfortunately, not yet. The issue was escalated to tier 2 Intune group, but they are still plugging away on it. They have completely ruled out a configuration issue in our tenant and are now looking at the backend. I will definitely keep you posted.
