Jesse_Stein - This is very good news and thank you for taking on the feedback it's a step in the right direction, this now gives a certain type of use to the messages and I have just had a play with it :), However even though this is an enabler the heading options are still set in stone without a customisable heading... so in some use cases we have we would like to give out a message to the staff but without one of the default headings.
An example of this would be our comms or HR department asking for a message to go to our users about an important message, at the moment I can only put this under the heading 'Organizational Update', when the message is received this somewhat confuses users into thinking they need to install an update rather than a company message they should read by following the link provided?
Hopefully you understand my point on this one, that not all communication using this will be Technology related but also can be used a business tool to delivery messages to desktops which in my opinion across a workforce of remote and office users is a killer feature you almost touching on 🙂 Thanks again
