Wow...what a disappointment. You have no idea. Got in there ready to try it out and I can't write a custom message?

Microsoft has been delivering some really cool enterprise management features these past couple of years and then they release this?

They will get it right I'm sure but I'm wondering how something like this gets released with such a major flaw. No one in a meeting said... "wait, I can't write my own message"? I can't write "The Atlanta office will be closed 12/9. Click link for more info"

Please fix this. This is such a needed feature. thank you.
