Configuring weather and more on the lock screen in Windows

Each entry (weather and all the things that are covered by "and more") needs its own toggle, similar to the way different features on the taskbar are handled via toggle them on/off in settings.  Also, I assume the NBA shoved a bunch of money at you, else why the NBA and not just sports in general?  Also, these widgets on the lock screen are mostly nice, but they don't hook it anything on the other side beyond a browser.   Like on my phone, I would really rather have my own apps show what I want on the lock screen.
