MicrosoftI am currently using the drivers installed by Microsoft; however, I am not completely satisfied with them. In this case, the OEM supplier (Lenovo) recommends not mixing these drivers but choosing reliability by using only the OEM drivers.
Now, I am questioning how much I should comply with that recommendation. I am raising this concern because we are currently experiencing BSOD on approximately +/- 200 devices. Lenovo rightly points to Microsoft, as there are no issues on the device when only the OEM drivers are used. This is a scenario we have tested. What is Microsoft's advice on this matter?
Additionally, it is important to mention that disabling this feature does not immediately ensure that it will not be applied during the rollout. During the very first ESP phase, Microsoft updates will still be installed. To prevent this, a registry value must be removed.
