Hey jshonk. The Citrix UI was rolling out across the week, so it should hopefully be available in your Citrix Cloud console now. If not, it might be a couple more days. The UI in the Intune console should be there and ready for you today. 

RE the provisioned Cloud PC question, if a CPC exists for a user, we'll automatically install the HDX agent if the user is licensed on the Citrix side. We perform HDX install at both time of CPC provisioning, and retroactively if the user is licensed post-provisioning. Hope that helps.
