There are no specific Azure support channels related Windows LAPS as far as I can tell. Some of the usual options:
1. Submit feedback via the Azure management portal
2. Raise the request via the Azure AD Q&A portal.
3. Raise an Azure support ticket (I am not familiar with the specifics of how this is done)
I have heard of customers raising ICM (incident report) but that's usually reserved for business-impacting bugs, not feature requests.
If anyone else knows of better issue-raising channels please feel free to suggest them.
