For brevity we only list the basic OS image editions, but essentially all flavors of those OS's are supported for Windows LAPS, presuming any given specific OS flavor is also still in support.  Windows LAPS does not alter any of the standard Microsoft support lifecycle policies. I made this point earlier in a comment here on this blog entry and have also stated it in the docs here.

 

To your specific questions, yes Azure Stack HCI is supported and so is Windows Server Datacenter Azure.

 

Our intent here was to make the new Windows LAPS feature as ubiquitously available as possible on all supported flavors of the listed OS images.
