Hi all - so I have a question about Manager and Leadership Insights.
One of my team has 4 direct reports, 2 of the direct reports have 2 reports each of which have 8-9 reports.
As the Manager of the team (and the teams teams) - should they have access to all direct and indirect report insights as a manager and should they also (they have the Leadership role) also be able to see Leadership insights? They can't. Currently NOT every member of every team has a full Viva license (its a pilot group).
