Change starts at the top of an organization. The Executive Consultation (EC) helps turn employee feedback into the fuel for leadership decision-making and action. An EC is a meeting with key executives/stakeholders that focuses on exploring key employee feedback insights that have emerged as a result of a Viva Glint survey. This is an important opportunity to amplify the feedback of employees, and help leaders to understand where their action, support and response is most required.

- Viva Glint EC Template: You can use this Executive Consultation template when creating your own EC. You may wish to adjust or create your own version entirely. This is simply one example of an EC that the People Science team use at Viva Glint.
- Adoption & Actions Storytelling Deck: This resource includes a set of slides that can be used in conversations with customers to inspire change. They will help to answer the question, “What are other organizations doing?”
