Our Learning Circles program is back and better than ever! Do you want to connect with like-minded employee experience professionals and share learnings and experiences to improve your listening strategy?  Whether you're a seasoned Viva Glint user or are just starting your journey, Learning Circles provides an opportunity to make connections with fellow customers who share similar interests.

We have remodeled our program to add specific meeting times and more structure to the conversation, while still maintaining space for you to learn from your peers.

Here’s what you can expect:

Registration: We’ll be scheduling one meeting per quarter. Several weeks before the event, we’ll be sending out the registration link for that meeting in multiple places such as our newsletter, blog, and posting it to our community events page. Our first meeting of 2025 is on January 29th. Click here to register for the event.

Topics: While you’re registering, we also ask that you tell us which topics you’d most like to discuss. Our facilitators will bring the topics that are most frequently mentioned to the live discussion.

Live discussion: We’ll start the meeting as a larger group, and our goal is to set up breakout rooms based on the most popular topics. These discussions can include any broad topics like understanding how to create a holistic listening strategy to more feature-based topics like setting up languages in Viva Glint. You can choose which room you’d like to attend based on the topic you’d most like to discuss. Then, towards the end of the meeting, we’ll come back together as the larger group and share key learnings with each other.  For confidentiality reasons, we won't be recording the calls, but we'll schedule the session to accommodate as many of our global customers as possible.

We look forward to seeing you there!
