The survey taker experience is easy to use, allowing organizations to boost the number of responses. Survey takers can respond to questions on mobile or desktop and see questions in 70 languages. Questions can be tailored for your organization and there is support for various question types such as multiple choice, text and more.

Leaders and managers can view their results immediately after surveys close. A guided experience takes leaders through their results and is built around action taking, with personalized team presentations and suggested actions, to improve engagement and performance.

Explore thousands of employee comments with Copilot in Viva Glint
Microsoft Copilot in Viva Glint will be in Private Preview in January 2024. The Copilot capabilities include comment summarization allowing leaders and managers to ask questions about employee comments in natural language or use suggested prompts to explore and understand employee feedback in a whole new way. All Viva Glint customers will have access to these comment summarization features when it becomes generally available.

Customize and configure your engagement program
Setting up your Viva Glint engagement program is intuitive and highly configurable. Program administrators will first want to import their people data from HRIS systems using either a CSV file or configure a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) connection. Languages can also be customized from here.

Choose research-based questions from the survey library
Select from dozens of survey templates built by our expert People Science team to measure and improve engagement. The survey library contains numerous options to understand topics like engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, exit and more.

Customize questions and follow-up with display logic
Once you’ve got your program foundations set up, it’s on to customizing your questions. You can edit, add, remove and change the order of survey questions. And with display logic, you can set conditions to ask a follow-up question after a certain response. This allows you to get more insight into a particular topic without having to issue another survey.
