I use Yammer to "thread multiple needles" in order to bind a set of related Teams together so that they can more easily share communications. Microsoft really needs to do much deeper integration by

1. providing a shared/Yammer channel that can be inserted into Teams

2. allowing nested Groups so that Teams can be members of Yammer groups, thereby simplifying member management.
