Thankyou so much for your suggestion.
My issue got resolved by putting the project file to the directory that has Admin privileges (C:/users/newfolder). Previously I have put the project under C driver which won't allow me to update the chrome driver though it copied successfully on C drive(restrications on C drive). Everyone time i ran the project the driver's last modified date changed to the previous date.
Looks like in your case it's also related to permission issues.
