gdvorkin: there is a way to link/sync Azure DevOps test cases with Specflow, which is the BDD framework for .Net, the extension is called Spex and you can find it in here: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=vktp.spex&ssr=false#overview
I don't know of a way to implement this with Cucumber and Eclipse, but it may make more sense to align with Specflow and Spex if you need to link with Azure DevOps. We have a BDD .Net post in the works on this blog where we can describe the basic setup, stay tuned it should come out in the next couple of months!
