Version 1.0The expression "all versions of Windows," particularly when uttered by Microsoft, should be assumed to mean "all supported versions of Windows." Win7 has been out of support for years, as has Windows 95 and Windows 3.1.
Ok, I agree with you, using supported would be even better and also avoid even other minds (few I guess) to go even earlier than Win7 just like for the others examples you made. Then why not just make it explicit ? 😊
In the past Microsoft was indeed much clearer about confirming the same to ensure avoiding any confusion, and I know it always worked well. 😇
