In RDCMan v3.22 Remote Desktop Gateway connections still do not work.
We authenticate to our RDG with a Smart Card and then to the servers we're intending to reach through the RDG with Password. On v3.22 we receive a newly formatted password prompt for the RDG regardless of what "Logon Method" setting is selected (Ask for Password (NTLM), Smart Card, Allow me to select later).

The workaround of using -mstsc does continue to function.
