SmartCam Auto-framing Issue in MTR Mode on Surface Hub 3

 

Hello Tech Community,

 

I'm seeking some insights regarding an issue with the SmartCam on the Surface Hub 3. When used in the Windows 11 environment, the SmartCam's auto-framing feature works as expected. However, when I switch to Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) mode, the auto-framing does not function.

I have already enabled the setting for auto-framing, but despite this, it doesn’t seem to work in MTR mode. Could anyone explain why this occurs or if there is a specific setting or update required to enable auto-framing in MTR mode? Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!
