Yes. I also tried to open/start it.
I have the EventID 6 for the starting migration event on logs... but after 2 minutes I have also the EventID 10 "OS image download failed".
Before installing the Migration tool we restored the Surface Hub 2s with Windows 10 Team standard image erasing the whole drive (128GB SSD).
