The challenge with any high-end Panther Lake/X2 Elite device is high pricing. A decently specced Dell laptop with b390 goes for almost $3,000, what about the Surface? That’s M5 Pro territory, even getting close to M5 Max in pricing, making Macs the high-value play, which is insane.
