That my Surface Pro 11 ARM/Snapdragon 5G device - one of seven Surface devices* that I have purchased (along with accessories) over the years - cannot create Adobe PDF files and has other “software” inoperabilty issues is a disappointment.    Mop/fix that up for your loyal customer base please, Microsoft.   

*Geek Squad at BestBuy bricked my previous Surface 5G claiming the SSD had reached its read-write cycle limit … seriously?   Can you unbrick?
