MicrosoftNot sure if Surface 8 users have noticed that in the past month or so, the laptop stopped responding to the Pen. I replaced the Pen twice in the last three weeks, and there was no change. I applied all updates required, but still no change; the laptop recognized digital touch but did not respond to the surface pen. Last night, Aug 12, 2023, a new update was installed when I shut down the computer after use. After that, the laptop started responding to the Pen again.
I've also been having issues with the overheating Surface laptop and its charger. I've already replaced the charger once, but the issue persists. The laptop and the charger feel extremely hot when connected to power. I was advised to return the laptop for replacement, but the warranty says I will get a refurbished device, which is concerning. Any thoughts?
