Great article, and those SSR's were useful, but I haven't noticed much from the SQL Server Team about SQL STIGs for 2016.
Is there a way to submit other useful STIG tools to your team for review? I developed a VERY comprehensive SQL SCAP tool to complete DISA's instance and database checklists for SQL Server 2016 that writes results directly to the checklist, and I would love to subject it to some authoritative testing.
