Agree to the above comments - it also looks very old.... surprised to see the screen captures were using 2012 server - I guess the tipoff was the use of SSL. I came looking for a solution to doing LDAP queries from an Apache server using TLS - my problem being the use of a self signed cert, no cert-chain.... and the article tears off into LD LDS installation.... but I already have a DC.
