MicrosoftThis tutorial is a real mess. People posted their comments with questions and they are all unanswered.
1. It does not say a word about how to issue a new certificate from your CA.
2. It does not say a word about how to install a certificate on LDAP and configure LDAPS.
3. It instructs you to use your CA certificate as LDSPS certificate (which obviously you should not do). And still unclear how to do it without point 2.
4. It somehow instructs you to use java keytool which has nothing to with the LDAP configuration
I came here looking for answers to #1 and #2 and still have no clues.
I have LDAP working and LDAPS fails (obviously it is not properly set up, particularly certificate).
