We implemented this when Remus Rusanu first posted about it, and it's worked well for us for a decade. Now we're seeing waits with DialogPool. Any suggestions? The obvious is "move to in-memory OLTP", seeing if there are any other suggestions, while this is freshly updated. Thanks.
