Sad that the tradition of not specifying measurement units continues in SQL Server, would changing event_fire_average_time to event_fire_average_time_microsecs really be so hard. Instead we have to take another round trip to BoL to check if this column is in seconds, millisecoconds or microseconds. (or bytes, kilobytes or pages).
